• 60 Minutes – $110
• 90 Minutes – $165
• 2 Hours – $220

I hope you're all doing well!

First, I have some great news—the air conditioning is finally up and running! 🎉 Thank you all so much for your patience over the past few months while we waited for everything to be replaced. I know it wasn't ideal, and I truly appreciate your understanding.

I also have another exciting update! I'm thrilled to introduce Sara, the newest massage therapist joining us at Massage Rx.

Sara has over 10 years of professional experience and is passionate about helping clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore balance through personalized therapeutic massage. Every session is customized to your individual needs, whether you're looking for relief from chronic muscle tension, recovering from physical activity, or simply wanting to relax and recharge.

I wanted to send a quick update and share a few exciting moments from our trip to DC!

Air Conditioning Update

First, thank you all so much for your patience while we've been dealing with the air conditioning issues.

The good news is that Zac's side of the building has been repaired. Unfortunately, my side is still waiting on a repair because the wrong replacement part was ordered. I'm working closely with the landlord to get everything resolved as quickly as possible, and I truly appreciate everyone's understanding while we wait. Your patience means more than you know!

Welcome Our New Physical Therapist!

I'm so excited to welcome Dr. Jaime Loomis, PT, DPT to Florida Athletic Club (https://www.flathletic.com/) !

Dr. Jaime is the founder of BAlign Physical Therapy & Performance and has many years of experience helping people move better and live with less pain. She provides one-on-one, concierge-style physical therapy with a focus on identifying the root cause of pain rather than simply treating symptoms. Her specialties include the McKenzie Method, dry needling, sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, postural assessments, and helping active individuals stay healthy for the long term.

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience

Many of you knew our family traveled to Washington, D.C., and I wanted to share a little about the trip.

It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I traveled to Capitol Hill to advocate for the Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) community. During my visit, I participated in five meetings with members of both the House of Representatives and the Senate. My final meeting was with Congressman Greg Steube's office, where I had the honor of leading our team's discussion. I introduced our organization, explained what Hereditary Angioedema is, shared why several important acts that are up for disscusion matter so much to our community, and told my personal story living with HAE.

To have the opportunity to speak directly with congressional staff and advocate for patients across the country was something I'll never forget. It was an incredibly humbling and life-changing experience, and I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to be a part of it.

After all of our meetings, my husband, daughter, and I were able to slow down, enjoy some family time, and even play a little golf before heading home.

Hello everyone!

I hope you're having a wonderful summer! I wanted to share a few updates about what's happening here at MassageRx.

A Farewell to Madeline

Many of you have gotten to know Madeline over the past year, and I wanted to let you know that July will be her last month with MassageRx.

While I'm certainly sad to see her go, I'm also incredibly excited for her as she begins a new chapter in her career. She's worked so hard over the past several years, and I couldn't be more proud of everything she's accomplished.

If you're already scheduled with Madeline, don't worry—she'll continue seeing all of her scheduled clients through her final month. I'll also be reaching out personally to anyone who will need to transition back onto my schedule or to another therapist moving forward.

Madeline, thank you for everything you've done for our clients and for being such an important part of MassageRx. We wish you nothing but success!

Thank You for Your Patience

I also want to sincerely thank everyone for your patience with our air conditioning.

Unfortunately, we're still waiting on replacement parts to arrive. In the meantime, I plan to continue working my normal schedule. I'll have multiple fans running along with a dehumidifier to keep the treatment room as cool and comfortable as possible until everything is repaired.

I truly appreciate your understanding while we get this resolved.

Exciting News at Florida Athletic Club

We're excited to welcome a new physical therapist to the Florida Athletic Club family!

Her name is Jamie, and we're looking forward to collaborating with her to provide even more resources for our clients and members. I'll be sharing more information about her background and the services she'll be offering very soon, so stay tuned!

A Personal Update

Many of you have watched Audrey grow from a tiny newborn into a busy toddler, and I can't thank you enough for the love you've shown our family over the past year.

Motherhood has been the greatest blessing and the biggest adventure of my life. It has completely changed my perspective and taught me more about balance, patience, and gratitude than I ever imagined.

Because of this season of life, my schedule looks a little different than it used to, and I'm incredibly thankful for your flexibility and support as I've learned to balance caring for Audrey while continuing to care for all of you.

Your kindness, encouragement, and understanding have meant more than you know.
