I help people restore their body's natural ability to heal by helping to identify and eliminate the stresses on the body that are causing dysfunction and chronic illness.

Can’t fall asleep even when you’re exhausted?

Try this simple hack: a weighted eye mask.

The gentle pressure helps your body relax, slow your heart rate, and ease into sleep faster.

Simple, but it works.

Have you tried this before or would you? Let me know 👇

This triathlete was doing everything right… but something felt off.

When we looked at his labs, here’s what showed up:
❌ High oxidative stress
❌ Increased inflammation
❌ Mercury exposure from diet
❌ Poor ability to use fat for fuel

So even though he was training hard, his body couldn’t keep up.

Once we supported his energy pathways and removed what was slowing things down, everything improved. Better workouts. Better recovery. Better performance.

If your performance feels off and you don’t know why, there’s usually something deeper going on. Click the link in bio or comment ENERGY to schedule a free call with our team and let's figure out what your body needs 💪🏻

Most people think it’s overtraining when their recovery starts getting worse. Not always.

This guy was training consistently, high stress, but his sleep was off, HRV was dropping, and he couldn’t recover.

When we looked deeper, it came down to fuel. He wasn’t getting enough carbohydrates to support energy production for how much he was doing.

So we didn’t change everything. We just added carbs around his workouts.

Within a couple weeks:
✅ Better recovery
✅ Improved sleep
✅ HRV trending up

Sometimes it’s not about doing more. It’s about giving your body what it actually needs.

Most people sauna in the morning. But if sleep is the goal, timing your session before bed is a game changer 💤

Your body temperature has to drop to fall into deep sleep. Heat exposure from a sauna accelerates that cooling rebound in the 60 to 90 minutes after you get out. You're basically priming your body to crash in the best way.

Here's what's actually happening:
✅ Core temp rises during your sauna session
✅ Body starts dumping heat immediately after
✅ That rebound cooling effect triggers deeper, faster sleep

I just dropped my 3-DAY SAUNA PROTOCOL for STRESS AND SLEEP. Comment SLEEP below and I'll send you the link!

Professional 800m runner. Elite care team. Still in pain.
Left foot pain wasn’t the problem - the gait was.

Running on a banked indoor track created a compensation pattern → excessive stress on the medial foot. No one had assessed his movement mechanics.

Rehab alone won’t fix what faulty biomechanics keep reinforcing 🤷🏼‍♂️

If your injury isn’t improving, ask:
Are you treating symptoms OR fixing the movement?

✅ Root cause > temporary relief

Also dealing with the same injury no matter what you try? Send us a DM and let’s talk about what’s actually causing it AND how to fix it!

Stop chasing pain. Start looking at how you move.

Saw two pro athletes this week with completely different injuries, but the same issue. No one was connecting the dots.

Once we broke down their swing and gait, the real cause showed up quickly. That is what actually changes outcomes.

If your pain keeps coming back, don’t just treat the spot. Look at the pattern, fix what is driving it, and build a plan around that.

Felt great to be back out on the course after a 2.5 year hiatus. Legs felt better than I could have imagined and I beat my goal time by about 4-5 minutes. Now time to get back to work. Ironman 70.3 Algehro is in 6 short weeks!

Pain-free in the clinic… but not on the course?

This pro golfer had full mobility, no pain indoors but once he started swinging, symptoms showed up.

Because real performance ≠ controlled rehab 🤷🏼‍♂️

When we looked at his actual movement, we found:
❌ Weak foot-to-ground connection
❌ Glutes not firing
❌ Core not stabilizing
❌ Power compensations in his swing

What we did? Well, we didn’t chase the pain. We fixed the system behind it.

Now we see how it translates this weekend 👀

Trust me when I say that you’re not out of shape… your recovery is off 🤷🏼‍♂️

If you’re training consistently but noticing:
❌ Slower muscle recovery
❌ Low energy and fatigue
❌ Poor sleep
❌ Decreased performance or motivation

This isn’t just aging or low testosterone. It’s a CELLULAR ISSUE.

When mitochondrial function drops, your body struggles with:
👉🏻 Energy production
👉🏻 Inflammation control
👉🏻 Hormone balance
👉🏻 Oxidative stress

That’s when your body shifts from performance → survival mode WITHOUT you even knowing!

If you don’t fix the root, you’ll keep chasing symptoms. You can’t out-train broken recovery.

Most athletes don’t have a work ethic issue… they just don’t have a clear plan.

Had a pro 800m runner come in with foot pain STILL putting in 50 miles a week. That’s a lot of stress that doesn’t actually match the goal right now… which is to heal and stay fast.

More isn’t always better. It has to make sense for what you’re training for and what your body can handle right now.

Sometimes that means dialing things back, changing the stimulus, and keeping only what actually carries over.

Everything we do should have a reason.
