Self actualization is the highest level of psychological development, where personal potential is fully realized after basic bodily and ego needs have been fulfilled- Maslows hierarchy of needs.
Once we can go beyond the physical, we begin to develop spiritually.
We desire to fulfill our personal legend.
Your struggle becomes your story.
Your pain becomes your strength.
When we lean into the pain, we then begin the release. It's a step towards the pain and through it.
The ONLY way out is IN.

Some of the hardest periods are when we are in transition. It feels like struggle, like loss yet underneath the universe is using this time for momentum.
It is in these moments we rest to rebuild.
We integrate to accomplish.
We need these times to see how far we have come. If we always charge, we don't reflect.
We must allow time for the changes to take hold, to bring about our desired outcome.
Trust the process. Each layer is unfolding as it should.
Some layers we don't want to look at so the universe makes us pause till we are ready.
Each layer is a clue to our healing.
We must unfold to become ✨
