Yesterday I was writing about the triangle portal in the heart, traveling through that portal to inner space, and how the universe opens up to us when we learn to do that it’s a chapter in my book! Today, looking for the perfect art to post, I found this and if I were the artist I would do it exactly the same only I would give the astronaut a luminescent diamond heart. Good work! artist: ⭐️ ⭐️

I’m back from a week of Introspective Hypnosis Training with Alba Weinman and Antonio Sangio.
What a powerful week!
One of the foundational teachings in the training was “All healing is self healing”. We hold space and guide the client to heal their trauma and release attachments.
I resonate with this deeply. While I’ve been working in the realm of “healing work“ for years, I have not identified myself as a healer. I only heal myself, as we all only heal ourselves according to our willingness and beliefs.
Having guidance and assistance in the healing is a blessing. 💖
