2026 Redemption Midwifery MID YEAR Birth Outcomes!

A mid year review!

THANK YOU to all the families who invited us in to your hearts and homes as your families are growing and trusted us to support you. It truly is an honor to serve each and every family! We currently have 6 repeat clients and welcomed a baby with a repeat client in May!

My heart grieves with the family whose little one went to heaven far too early!

We took January and April off and took limited clients for the first half of the year and are rested and ready for a very full remainder of the year! We have a few spots open so please reach out if you're hoping to have a home birth with us this year.

We love when our families receive their babies into their own hands, which ALL moms or dads did. This meansI did not touch the babies as they came earth side, resulting in many more intact perineums and none that required repairs.

We are super blessed and excited for all the families we will serve the rest of 2026 and into 2027!

We are booking as soon as families find out they are pregnant, so please call sooner than later if you're planning to use our service. It is always hard turning potential clients away!

"I had the pleasure of working with Christine of Redemption Midwifery for my first birth. We started care with her at 14 weeks and I am so grateful. She was very supportive of how we wanted to go through our pregnancy while educating us so that we were making choices based on informed consent the entire time. We envisioned a home birth knowing that there was always a slight chance of transferring.

We labored at home as long as we could until we decided it was best for both my baby and I to go to the hospital. Christine did everything she could to support us in our home birth and when it came time to transfer she went above and beyond to continue to support us. She drove right behind us to the hospital, stayed with us until we were comfortable.

By this time it was night 3 of no sleep so we all needed some rest and that's what we did and she came right back to the hospital to support us the next day. While we did everything we could to have a vaginal birth my son was just in a funky position and we wound up getting a c-section. In true Christine fashion she supported my husband and I in ways that I can't thank her enough for. Although our vision of home birth wasn't in the cards this time Christine helped me feel so empowered making each decision and supported us through the transition the way I wish every mother and spouse were supported through this experience. It didn't stop there, she came to the hospital the next day and continued to support us. She supported me postpartum going above and beyond checking in on us, giving us advice, helping me with breastfeeding, and referring us to a great Cranial Sacral Fascial Therapist. Christine's care made my entire journey feel supported and empowered no matter how tough it got. If you are looking for a midwife who listens to you, supports you, allows you to make choices based on your personal beliefs and wants, and goes above and beyond I highly recommend choosing Christine to guide and support you through your pregnancy and birth. My husband and I were blessed to find Christine through good friends of ours. We really didn't look around for midwives since she came with great recommendations and it "felt right". So glad we didn't look around because Christine is just what we needed. My first time birth could not have gone smoother and she helped me feel well equipped with what to expect in pregnancy, during labor, and postpartum. She's a wealth of knowledge and a lovely person. If you'd like a peaceful home-birth where it feels like its mainly you and your significant other bringing your baby into the world- them Christine is for you.
Personally I had a 6.5 hr birth with no tearing which is pretty unheard of for 1st time moms and while I know God was watching over us, I know preparation with Christine was also crucial. She will be delivering all our future babies if she is willing!?”
