Ready to bring your imaging expertise into the Operating Room? Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is looking for an Operating Room Radiologic Technologist to join our Radiology & Imaging Services team in Sarasota, Florida! 💙

In this role, you’ll perform radiographic procedures supporting pain medicine and interventional care, using your technical expertise, independent judgment, and initiative to provide high-quality imaging.

📍 Location: Sarasota, FL
🏥 Department: Operating Room
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
📞 On-call required
🎉 Holiday coverage required



What You’ll Need:

✔️ Current Florida State Radiographers License
✔️ ARRT certification and current registration
✔️ BLS/CPR certification

✔️ Operating Room radiology experience required
✔️ Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative clinical team

Position Highlights

•Two positions currently available

•Competitive pay range: $35.75 – $55.55/hr based on experience, education, and internal equity

•Additional $1.50/hr certification pay for approved certifications

Key Responsibilities

•Assess, coordinate, implement, and evaluate anesthesia-related patient care

•Serve as a clinical resource for the Anesthesia Department and perioperative teams

•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care delivery

•Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental operations

•Participate in Anesthesia Department meetings and clinical coordination activities



Required Qualifications

•Minimum of four (4) years of perioperative nursing experience in multiple surgical specialties and/or anesthesia

•Graduate of an accredited nursing program or diploma program

•Current Florida RN License/BLS Certification required



Preferred Qualifications
