Do you know your numbers?
Your performance in the gym is influenced by more than your workout program. Heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, hydration, electrolytes, blood markers and other health metrics can all provide valuable insight into your overall health and performance.
Tracking your health doesn’t mean obsessing over every number. It means understanding the bigger picture.
A single result slightly outside a reference range doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong. Results should always be interpreted in context by a qualified healthcare professional.
Train smarter. Fuel better. Recover properly. Know your numbers.
Your health is the foundation.
Your performance is what you build on it.
