I finally shared the KT tape hack that has helped my neck pain and skull pressure more than I ever expected. It is simple, gentle, and something I wish I had tried sooner. If you live with CCI, syringomyelia, hEDS, chronic migraines, or any kind of upper spine instability, this might be worth looking into. Not medical advice, just my real-life experience.
