Thank you all!!!! For the messages, flowers, treats the last couple days helping my celebrate a significant accomplishment completing 75Hard❤️❤️ Feeling terrific taking a moment to embrace all that was learned on this journey:)

He was champ🥰 He saw patients with and stayed overnight at Twinka’s ❤️ Palmer is an incredibly patient cat, a great traveler and a perfect presence for my patients whether Dog, cat or human. He participated with them ALL!!! (Pics in the reel)

75Hard done!!!! So proud of the accomplishment! Each time is more and more growth. No it is NOT easy and maybe a bit crazy to repeat more than once, but it is doable for anyone with a made up mind🥰

LET IT GO! You know you have waited so long, doubted if it was the right thing to do. Right time, right circumstance, right whatever…listen up to what happened when I just got clear and did it!!

Not everyone deserves to go into your next season! I learned this today and I am FREE!! I am grateful for the lesson I avoided all the signs were there for years already.

74 days down! One last day tomorrow! I feel I got what I hoped for In this 75 days and so much more honestly! Spiritual growth and grounding were key:)

73 down!!! It’s surreal to think it’s almost over but at the same time it’s been a loooooong haul:) Untethered Soul is teaching me another level of spirituality and understanding my growth🙏🏻 Fear is stuck energy stored. It’s time to release all old and enjoy my life and the miracles around me❤️

The race to get home, the uncertainty…prayers up please as we are home! We have a new path that hopefully in one week will prove beneficial. However, the doc today said this is not good at all.
He has a grade 1 heart murmur on top of it all. If after one week we have no change we will be having a whole different discussion.

One more week y’all!!! Very exciting:) Being excited about this process is far better than dreading it. It is all in perspective! If I dread the workouts, drinking the water, eating right, etc the 75 days for by very slowly….but if I tell my system I am excited it creates a vibration higher so I can get through this more gracefully!

I knew when I signed up to do it again what to expect overall. I just made up my mind….I am all in! Even if I have some meltdowns etc.

The growth is in the uncomfortable! The growth is in the persistence and the biggest growth is the sheer pride you feel when you accomplish a very difficult program!!!

Tomorrow is my crazy silly long day! Which when I get done, I maybe tired, but I am brimming over with the sense of accomplishment for my patients and my goals being honored at a higher level 🥰

Day 66!!!! Goals complete. And we got RAIN today pretty steady for the first half of the day thankfully! What a blessing this is 🥰 Anna was a champ on her trip, Cheese had tremendous results with one visit and it was a pleasure for me to educate on how we can express healthy aging to another patient. Finally wrapping all the miracles up with some much needed self care for me🥰 my nervous system is thankful and my “inner roommate” has taken a nap with a sigh of relief🤭.
