A defining moment seeing my invention, Lacrifill, featured at a large booth at the American Academy of Ophthalmy meeting in New Orleans. I pioneered this dry eye product years ago, because of a need to help in the treatment of dry eyes. Many years of concept and development before the patents were sold and then eventually rolled out by Nordic Pharma. The product is going worldwide and I'm so glad it's helping so many people. I really wish my father was alive to see this. We used to walk the exhibit halls at the AAO, and he'd be surprised to see a big display of the product I developed. The journey has shown me that hard work and determination pays off.

Great time in NOLA at the ASOPRS Meeting. Got to see so many friends and my son Reed too. Congratulations to John Martin on winning the coveted Baylis Award for having a major impact on Cosmetic Surgery. We attended some parties and yes we bought bird masks😅...it is New Orleans afterall! Thanks also to Allergan and Jim Lennart for hosting a fun party

Certain milestones deserve a celebration. I am fortunate to have worked with Ashley for a decade. She is clinic lead and exhibits so many of the characteristics in a great team member. Ashley is smart, compassionate, dependable and a real problem solver. Here's to a wonderful 10 years and a heart felt thank you ❤️ 🏆 🥇

Awesome Advisory Board for Masters of Botox meeting in Atlanta. Lots of great conversations and high level lectures on Botox and the future of neuromodulators, including the short duration Boey. Great to see so many friends and colleagues. I got to deliver my talk in a Will Ferrell fashion, which was fun. Special shout out to long-time bestie Cara Hanes and her new, well deserved promotion to head of the Botox Cosmetic Brand. Great times ahead!

A fun trip to the Midwest with Allergan and my bestie RM Jenny, who organized a wonderful round of AMI filler trainings and a packed dinner. Started in Kansas City with Gorgeous Med Spa, the home of Allergan legend and former Chiefs cheerleader, Georgia. Then to Associated Plastic Surgery with a talented team of providers. A quick flight to St. Louis to the Method Aesthetics and Wellness owned by 2 amazing injectors Jennifer and Shannon. I really enjoyed my 2 full days.

Such a fun time with Allergan Speaker Training Summit in Fort Lauderdale last week. I got to see so many friends and talented injectors. There's a lot of excitement about the Allergan pipeline of new products including Skinvive neck and new Botox type E coming out to enhance patient experience. We also had an amazing advisory board on the new short duration Botox.

I had the privilege of teaching anatomy again for Allergan at the Irvine training center. Always good to see the TC crew in Orange County, they rock. We had a smaller teaching crew this time and we hustled. I was excited there was a packed house that was fun and engaging. Anatomy is so important for injectors to be exposed to in order to deliver superior and safe results.

I feel so fortunate to have such an amazing partner at Center for Sight for 10 years. Kalie just marked a milestone, a decade in practice with me! We all appreciate her talent, compassion and dedication to outstanding patient care. She is truly in a league of her own. Kalie is an incredible person, provider and mom and I look forward to sharing many more great memories.
