I had the pleasure of returning to the Allergan Training Center in Atlanta for a patient safety course. I got to teach with the incredible Tara Della Chiae to a packed and engaging group of attendees. It's so gratifying to discuss this important topic and help improve patient outcomes with facial fillers.

Celebrating another wonderful SCALE Meeting in Nashville. Congratulations to good friend, Brian Biesman, for a successful meeting. I lectured on deep plane facelifts, fillers and was on several panels. One discussed fillers and their effects on performing surgery. I also got to attend several advisory boards and even gave a Roundtable dinner and AMI filler training for Allergan. It was a fun wirl wind and happy to see so many friends.

More from the medical school reunion a few weeks back. We rented a house called Casa Banana in Isle of Palms, SC. It was such a trip and great beach location. 13 guys sharing a house like a fraternity throwback for over the hill guys. Reminded me of the movie "Old School." My boy Blue!

Anaxing tome at my 34 year medical school reunion. Great to see all my friends from NYMC. So many stories and laughs. Hard to believe its been so long, but it felt like yesterday. Thanks to Jeff for being the commissioner and setting up this reunion at Isle of Palms. Definitely exceeded all expectations and it was wonderful to reconnect with life long friends.

Really fun trip a few weeks ago to Irvine with my youngest son, Tyler. I taught at the Allergan Training Center in Irvine for a few days with the talented Lori Phoenix. Tyler and I enjoyed a delicious meal at Din Tai Fung and surfed in Laguna at Salt Creek. I traveled to Chicago for an Allergan MSL Scientific ad board on patient safety. Wonderful few action packed days!

Last month was a reunion throwback. I had my 40th, yikes, Duke undergrad reunion. It was so much fun going back to Duke and reconnecting with friends from years ago. I'm so glad we got to share stories and tell some old stories. Lots of laughs! Go Blue Devils!

Our wonderful patient underwent a deep plane facelift and blepharoplasty. She is shown 1 month out with a refreshed appearance. The goal of surgery is restoration of natural beauty, and I think we captured it!

I really enjoyed this book and learned a lot about wellness medicine, including peptides, diet, sleep and health. All of this material is easy to read and wrapped in with fun stories. Shout out to Dr. Corey Howard, husband to my great Duke friend and star Dermatologist Dr. Cyndi Yag Howard. Worth the read.
