Our phones are full of strangers' opinions. We scroll for an answer we already know, we've just forgotten how to trust ourselves enough to hear it. Next time, before you open the search bar, try a ten second pause: put the phone down and ask yourself first. Not the expert's take, not a friend's advice, just the quiet voice that spoke before all the noise did.

You already know. Before the ten opinions, before the extra research, before the fifth person you asked “what do you think I should do” - you knew. We’ve been trained to distrust that first quiet knowing and chase outside validation instead, as if certainty has to come from somewhere else to count. But the body speaks first, and the mind just needs permission to listen. Stop gathering evidence for a decision you already made. The feeling was never the problem. The doubt was.

I do this thing when I can’t figure out if a choice is right for
me. I sit down on a chair, and instead of thinking about it, I
just feel it.

Sometimes I feel more open, my breath goes deeper, my shoulders
drop back. Other times there’s a knot in my throat, my whole body
pulls in and gets smaller.

That’s not random. That’s an actual answer, and it usually shows
up before my mind even opens its mouth.

For years I chased the idea of becoming a better version of
myself. Better disciplined, better focused, better, period.

At some point I noticed that word “better” was exhausting me more
than it was helping me. So I stopped chasing it. Instead, I work
with five simple states: I feel. I hear. I embrace. I release. I
belong.

Not five things to master. Five things I already had in me, I
just had to feel my way back to them.

Your mind wants you to feel small. But you are so much more.
Through feeling yourself, through real contact with your own body, you can sense it: you are not the cloud. You are the sky itself.

I feel. I hear. I embrace. I release. I belong. Step into your
wholeness.

WholeBing is a somatic self discovery game built around five
simple states, not five skills to master, but five states that
already live inside you, just waiting to be felt again.

This isn’t therapy. It isn’t meditation. It’s a space where you
learn to hear your body before your mind starts explaining things
away. 370+ practices, a personal path, and a return to yourself
that happens through the body, not just through thinking about it.

If any part of this resonates, this is for you.

I used to think I just needed more discipline. More willpower, a
stricter schedule, more pressure on myself.

What actually worked was the opposite. The moment I let this be a
game instead of a task, something shifted. In a game you’re
allowed to get it wrong. You’re allowed to not know the goal yet.
That’s exactly the thing that pressure never lets you have.

Try this today. Pick one thing you’ve been avoiding because you
“have to do it right,” and give yourself permission to just play
with it instead. Notice if it gets easier to start.

This is the core of WholeBing: not another discipline to master,
but a game that helps you actually hear yourself.

Play BS with your own body.

Say something you know is true, your name, where your parents
live. Listen to your body. Now say the same kind of thing, but
lie. Listen again.

That’s how you train your body to know the difference between
truth and BS. Use it for any choice, from dumplings to a life
partner.

You say you don’t trust people. Maybe that’s not really what this
is about.

Not trusting other people is often really about pain that already
happened. If you’ve had to clean up someone else’s mistakes
before, your body learned that trusting is risky.

It’s not a flaw in you, and it’s not a flaw in them. It’s just an
old survival pattern that worked once, and never let go.
