At WISE Senior Care, we believe that connecting seniors and their families with the right resources is just as important as helping them find the right place to call home. That’s why we’re proud to share the incredible work of the Manatee County Falls Prevention Coalition.

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults, but many falls can be prevented with the right education, resources, and support. The Coalition provides FREE presentations, screenings, and practical falls prevention education throughout Manatee County for senior living communities, churches, civic organizations, clubs, and community groups.

If you’re not already following the Manatee County Falls Prevention Coalition, we highly encourage you to do so! Their page is filled with valuable tips, upcoming events, and local resources designed to help older adults remain safe, active, and independent.

At WISE Senior Care, we’re passionate about connecting our community with trusted organizations like this because healthy aging starts with education, prevention, and having the right support system.

💙 Together, we can help seniors live safer, healthier, and more independent lives.

At Town Square University Parkway, we asked one simple question:
“What is one change that would make senior living better?” The WISE Change Tree quickly filled with ideas like listening, patience, caregiver support, affordability, transportation, meaningful activities, family support, and treating every senior like your own grandparent.

Different perspectives. One common goal…Creating a better future for seniors.
