Performing vision exams for young children is an area in which we excel. We identify and treat core issues before they disrupt children’s learning opportunities and personal growth.
The American Optometric Association recommends that children get their eyes (and we go beyond just the eyes) checked at the following intervals:
• Between 6-12 months old (See InfantSEE® Vision Evaluations, below)
• Age 3 (or when a child begins preschool)
• Age 5 (or when beginning Kindergarten)
• Then once each year from ages 6-18
