Working from home or stuck at a desk?

Try these 3 quick "desk hacks" to reset your spine and neck!

1️⃣ Level your screen: Monitors should be at eye level so you don't lean forward and strain your neck.
2️⃣ Plant your feet: Adjust your chair so your feet are flat on the floor and knees are at a 90 degree angle. Don't dangle those feet!
3️⃣ Do a "neck reset": Pull your chin straight back for a few seconds, repeat at least 10 times. This helps reverse "tech neck."

These small adjustments can make a massive difference, but, it also might be time for an alignment!
