Summer can be full, busy, and beautiful—but it's also the perfect time to slow down for a little while.
Give yourself a mini getaway without leaving town - Or a mini reset after coming back to town. Sink into deep relaxation, let your mind unwind, and enjoy an hour that's just for you - chance to pause, breathe, and reset.

• Bring a mat, a pillow or any cushions, blankets and eye pillow that help you get cozy.
• Come with an open mind and simply allow yourself to receive.
