We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are a small 40 bed facility located in the heart of the Four States. We offer a home like atmosphere, and a very caring, educated staff.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated hygiene products through the Sarcoxie City Pool! Because of your generosity, these much-needed items were delivered to the local nursing home to help support its residents.
