May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Losing people you love changes you. This past year, Sam lost his grandfather and I lost my dad. One thing we’ve learned is that carrying everything silently doesn’t make you stronger. Talking about it helps.

Mental health matters. Grief, stress, anxiety, burnout (say it louder for our Canna Family)….

So many people are fighting battles nobody sees. Sometimes a conversation, support system, nature, or plant medicine can help people slow down, heal, and breathe again.

At PURE, we believe cannabis is about more than getting high. It’s about wellness, peace, connection, and helping people feel like themselves again.
