The Life Enrichment Manager leads and supports the Life Enrichment team in creating meaningful, engaging experiences for our Senior Housing communities. The purpose of this role is to foster a vibrant environment that promotes connection, purpose, and joy for Senior Housing residents.

The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for developing and expanding life enrichment opportunities, including monthly calendars, daily activities, and social programming tailored to the unique interests and needs of our residents. This position partners with residents and families to address questions or concerns and helps identify preferred social opportunities that enhance quality of life.

Additionally, this role oversees the Assisted Living volunteer program, providing development and supervision, and leads the planning and ex*****on of special events and excursions that enrich the community experience.

The right candidate will be:

- Skilled at activity/event planning
- Creative, innovative, and imaginative

Requirements:
- Must have a post HS degree in relevant field
- Experience working with the geriatric population, or vulnerable persons
