Our low-cost monthly memberships give patients the ability to schedule unlimited medical appointments each month. Our appointments typically last 30-60 minutes. Patients of the clinic are able to call, e-mail, or text a provider 24/7. In addition, we offer low-cost prescription medications, laboratory studies, and procedures at the clinic. Sartell Family Medicine also has on-site physical therapy and mental health counseling available for a small fee.
