Kidstock Yoga is Hudson Valley's premier kids yoga studio offering classes for kiddos ages 3-16 years old. Yoga, mindfulness and meditation are more useful than ever as our children navigate through childhood and into adulthood. From anxiety to gratitude we address real life feelings with age appropriate tools. Our mission is to fill their toolbox while instilling confidence and self-love. Our classes are a fun and energizing as well as restorative and relaxing.

It is with a heavy heart that we will be closing Kidstock Yoga effective March 31, 2023. I would like to thank all of you that have supported us along the way. I am so grateful!

Please continue to support our Tuesday 9:30am Ellové class and Thursday 9:30am Pilates class until the end of the month.

The Ellové class will be moving to Mountainview Studio beginning April 4th.
