Please join us at the Community Family Give Back Day for a free health screening. You can also visit other on-site exhibitors for vital information and additional screenings focused on preventive care.

The event takes place this Saturday, August 15th, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the UConn Stamford Campus (One University Plaza). The event is free and open to all.

The Annual Community Family Give Back Day will take place on Saturday, August 15th from 12pm-4pm at UCONN in Stamford at One University Place. Free book bags, school supplies, health screenings, empowerment information, giveaways, exhibitors, raffles, pizza and so much more. There is something for all age groups. First come, first served.

July is UV Safety Awareness Month. UV exposure (ultraviolet radiation exposure) is the root cause of most skin cancers, however there are many safeguards you can take to help protect your skin. The sun's ultraviolet radiation damages skin cells, which can lead to sunburn, early aging and even skin cancer. Thankfully, sunscreen can protect your skin.

Trying to eat healthy, I stepped out of the office for a healthy lunch. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. What I received was tons of lettuce, no dressing, and 3 small slices of chicken. The Caesar salad is not Caesaring.😒😏
