✨ I wasn't born with strength, discipline, or motivation.

I found them.

Before that, I believe many of us are addicted to torturing ourselves in ways we don't even recognize. We numb ourselves through imbalance—work, television, unhealthy habits, distractions, false identities, avoiding accountability, seeking comfort, or performing a version of ourselves that isn't authentic.

I'm not perfect, and I never will be. But I value my word, and I believe that is one of the greatest gifts we have as human beings.

Our words can be used to deceive, manipulate, and avoid responsibility—or they can be used to love, heal, encourage, and speak truth.

The journey begins when we stop torturing ourselves by refusing to grow, refusing to look inward, and refusing to discover who we truly are beneath the conditioning, expectations, and fear.

When we do that, we can choose to save ourselves.

✨ Choose virtue.
✨ Choose values.
✨ Choose discipline.
✨ Keep the promises you make to yourself.
✨ Set boundaries—not to harm others, but to protect your peace.
✨ Refuse to tolerate disrespect.
✨ Stand firmly in truth.
✨ Don't waste your energy where it isn't valued.
✨ Look beyond the ego and survival patterns.
✨ Become who you were meant to be.

5 weeks out from competition and coming in right on track. Every meal, every workout, every walk, every choice matters. Consistency compounds, and the results are earned one day at a time.

My goals extend far beyond the stage. They are centered on improving my health, strengthening my mind, and building a body that reflects discipline, resilience, and purpose. Most importantly, I strive to lead by example and inspire others to become the healthiest version of themselves.

Manipulation is not love. It is not support. It is not guidance. It is the intentional use of control, deception, pressure, or dependency to influence someone's thoughts, emotions, or actions for personal gain.

The difficult part? Many people don't recognize it when it's happening—especially when it comes from someone they trust. Sometimes it can come from the people closest to us.

🧠 **Psychological & Emotional Manipulation**
• Exploiting vulnerabilities
• Twisting facts or lying
• Gaslighting
• Guilt-tripping
• Creating self-doubt
• Making someone question their own reality

💰 **Financial Manipulation**
