As a guide, I often find that the people who benefit 👉🏽 the most 👈🏽 by containment - by gentle structure, an opening protocol - are also the most likely to resist it. (This is also me, btw 🙋🏻♀️🤣)
But routines - our daily habits, meal-timing, movement and rituals - support our healing & integration more than we know!
When the mind, body and soul can nest 🪹 into a predictable flow, our nervous systems feel safe to unwind... our armoring can soften... the emotions held in our bodies can release. Regular routines nourish the body, particularly if you’re feeling like it’s challenging to ground your energy, focus your attention, soothe your body, or calm your mind.
Let the container you co-create with the medicine, with your practices, with your guide… hold you.
This week in the Facilitator Training 🍄🟫 we’ll cover some of the integration rituals & lifestyle routines you can bring into your guideship - how to notice, assess, translate the way the medicine is moving, and intuit which practices will naturally and gracefully support the process.
In this week’s 🎙️podcast, Dr. Harmony Robinson-Stagg (Acu) | Ayurveda & Women’s Health gives some beautiful examples of rituals & practices we can incorporate from an Ayurvedic perspective — have a listen via link in bio, or across all your fave pod platforms. 🎧
