The island of Santorini is formed from volcanic activity in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. It is known for the white cave houses which are built into the side of the rocky cliffs. The houses are high above the ocean to keep them safe from ships which might attack the island. This is one of several Greek Islands and I would highly recommend visiting if you have the opportunity to visit Greece.

This can be done with topical medications or for more severe cases with pills and injections. Talk with your physician if you are concerned so the best treatment can be determined.

Everyone knows this quote. Apply it to this HOT weekend. Prevention- drink more water than you need to prevent dehydration, wear sunscreen to prevent sunburn. Pro tip- stay indoors with air conditioning if you’re not prepared to be out in the heat. Have a safe weekend everyone!
