Had a great time with Mr. Kevin and his wild bunch today! The fish weren't working as hard for us this trip, but the laughs and stories made up for it!!! Thanks for another great and successful trip Mr. and Mrs. Hodges!!!

At Full Send, we're mixing it up and giving our customers more for their money!! Maybe there are some folks in your group aren't into fishing in the heat, or are worried about the rocking and rolling of running around fin hunting. Well, we may have a solution just for you. We are offering sunset cruises right on tybee. Private trips for you and your crew at a flat rate of $150 for fishing clients, or people in their group that didn't fish (must book with original client), and just $200 for everyone else!! Trips depart an hour before sunset time and wrap up a half hour after! Catch epic sunset, playful dolphins, and make an amazing memory!!! Shoot is a message and lets set it up!! Max 6 persons per trip.

We traded the Spanish in for a little bit of drum action this morning!! Started a little slow but once that tide tur ed around, the fish turned on!! Trading Helen Georgia mountain streams for some saltwater dreams this morning. Looking to do it all again tomorrow!!!

I've been keeping this in my head since the incident happened on the 11th. We were out there the day of and saw the boat before we saw coast guard show up. Didn't know what was going on until the radio started to light up about a boater that was missing. Being we were in the immediate area, we conferred with our clients and we were all in agreement we would reschedule our charter and help with the search for a few hours. After a few hours, I said a prayer for the missing boater and went back to the marina. For the next 4 days we fished and stayed in that general area and then on the 4th day, towards the end of our charter, we noticed something a few hundred yards away that hadn't been there all morning. Upon closer investigation, we had found Mr. Dasher. There was a petrel circling him. Sometimes referred as "Jesus birds" due to their fluttering just at the surface of the water. When we got confirmation of coast guard en route, the bird seemed to fly off, almost as if to say, he's going home today. It has been a wide range of emotions and thoughts since 11a on 7/15. This post isn't to gain any sort of recognition for doing the right thing. After speaking to his family, I learned just how great of a man he really was. A true pillar to the community. We weren't able to attend the memorial on Sunday, but you can believe we wore our blue in support.

Long story short, we all have a duty to look out for one another out here on the water. Be careful and be prepared. It shook me and I'm looking at safety in a different light now. Maybe its overly cautious. Maybe its not. I'll let you be the judge.

Had a fun morning in the wind! Slower but consistent bite on the flounder and trout!! Maybe the wind will lay down soon, either way we're going to grind it out and dig out as many fish as posiedon will allow!
