Your Family Urgent Care is looking for two friendly, organized, and customer-focused Medical Receptionists to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:
-Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion
-Verify insurance coverage and collect copays
-Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
-Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
-Register new patients and accurately enter demographic and insurance information
-Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance
-Scan and organize medical records and other documentation
-Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
-Assist with additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
-Previous medical reception or healthcare office experience preferred
-Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology is a plus
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
-Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR)
-Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
-Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
