Give us a call to get on our books! We do have a few August appointments left but we are mostly booked out to mid-September.

We also plan to do a grand opening party/ meet and greet from 4-6pm after the ribbon cutting! Happy 30th Birthday, Dr. Mathis! 🎉

Today we celebrate not only an incredible doctor, but an incredible person. Your kindness, compassion, and genuine care for everyone around you make our office feel less like a workplace and more like a family. We are so thankful for the encouragement, laughter, and support you bring each and every day.

Thank you for the way you care for your patients and for the way you care for all of us. We are blessed to work alongside someone who leads with such a kind heart and makes a difference in so many lives.

We are FINALLY good with Davis vision insurance. Give us a few days to get our welcome packet and make sure we can log in and verify your benefits but yall start calling next week (or book online) to get on the schedule! We can’t wait to see yall!

Just wanted to update where we are with insurances!

We are good to go with the following:
Regular Medicare (with or without a supplement), Cigna, Aetna, Spectera, Always Care/UNUM/Colonial Life, Eyemed, VSP, and some March vision plans.

We are still doing self pay discounts now through the end of August! Please call for more information.

We do have some availability this Thursday July 9th and Tuesday July 14th otherwise we are almost booked solid for the rest of the month! Please call us during regular business hours at 731-458-2020 to get scheduled or click here to book!

We have some availability for next week! If you are self pay or have: Regular Medicare (with or without a supplement), Cigna, Spectera, Always Care/UNUM/Colonial Life, or Eyemed please call and schedule an appointment for next week. Also, if you are already on the schedule and have these insurances or are self pay and want to be moved up to next week, please call!

We are doing self pay discounts now through the end of August! Please call for more information.

We have employees answering the phones Monday- Friday. Our Monday and Friday phone hours are variable so if you don’t get us on one of those days, we will call you back or you can call us back 8-5 Tues-Thurs.

We have tried to contact everyone on the waitlist at this point. There are several people who didn’t answer and we had to leave a voicemail. So if you are one of those people who knows you were on the waitlist but haven’t heard from us, please try calling us!

We are now booking for mid- July and out! We are leaving the first part of July to prioritize those who are already on our wait list. Call 731-458-2020 during regular business hours to book!

As of today we are good with:
Medicare, Cigna, Spectera,Always Care/UNUM/Colonial Life, Eyemed

Should be active soon:
March, VSP, Superior, Davis

We are still in process with several other insurances. We will update when we know more!

Update:
Unfortunately, we still don’t have an exact opening day. Probably any small business owner can relate but we’ve had a few hiccups and delays in getting everything going. Our current plan is to start seeing a few patients a day (friends and family) at the beginning of June to get all the kinks straightened out and then hopefully have a grand opening in mid-June! I will post when I know more.

On the upside, we are fully credentialed with Medicare (not the replacement plans yet) so we should be able to accept regular Medicare patients as soon as we open. I’m hoping Medicaid and all the other medical insurances will be soon to follow. We are for sure trying to get in network with VSP and Eyemed in terms of vision insurances. We are looking into other ones and seeing if it’s feasible for us to take more than those two as a cold start.
