Janine is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping clients feel better in their bodies.

Her work focuses on medical massage, deep tissue massage, cupping and therapeutic techniques that address pain, tension and stress at the source. She believes each body is unique, which is why she takes a personalized approach to each session by listening carefully and creating a treatment that supports healing, recovery and overall wellbeing.

Fascia shares a close relationship with the mind and is continually responding to your thoughts, emotions and surroundings. Over time, it can hold the imprint of ongoing stress and the thought patterns that keep the body in a protective or tense state.

You might think of it as a superhighway for communication within the body, a living network where signals are constantly traveling between the body and the mind. When stress and tension begin to build, it’s like a traffic jam forming along that highway. The flow becomes congested, movement can feel restricted and the tissue starts to tighten in response.
