Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the heroes who ran toward danger, and hold close the families whose lives were forever changed.

May we never forget the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown on that day and in the days that followed.

Just a little midweek check in 🤎

Claims are going out, denials are being worked, A/R is being followed up on, and there’s definitely some insurance hold music playing in the background. 😂☕️

I went into medical billing because I genuinely love the work that keeps a practice running smoothly. There’s something so rewarding about figuring out a difficult claim, tracking down a payment, and taking one more thing off a provider’s plate so they can focus on their patients.

I’m incredibly grateful for the providers who trust me with their practices, their patients who are always so kind to work with, and the helpful insurance reps who make those payer calls a little easier. 😂🤎

It may look like codes, claims, and numbers from the outside, but there are real people behind every account and that’s what makes me love what I do.

🎉 The excitement when an old claim FINALLY pays

It’s all part of the job. 😂

The good news? Your time doesn’t have to be spent doing any of it.

Monday morning check in from the billing side of healthcare.

A new week means new claims going out, payments coming in, denials to work, and probably at least one insurance portal deciding it doesn’t want to cooperate today. 😂

But there’s something satisfying about starting a Monday with a clean task list and getting accounts moving in the right direction.

Here’s to a productive week, fewer denials, quick payer calls, and claims that actually process correctly the first time. 🤞
