Sometimes the biggest graduation isn’t what you receive—it’s who you become.
Looking at this reflection, we don’t just see the same people who started this journey. We see growth, discipline, resilience, and a new standard.
This experience through MyoMastermind with Breath Institute gave us more than knowledge—it gave us perspective.
Grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every step that shaped this version of us.
Same mirror. New mindset. New level. ✨

✨ Amazing progress in speech therapy!

It’s incredible to see the gains this child has made through hard work and consistent support. Building phonemic awareness is such an important foundation for children—it strengthens early literacy skills and supports clearer articulation.

For our bilingual learners, developing strong foundational skills in their dominant language is key. These skills can then transfer across languages, helping children communicate and learn with greater confidence. 🌟

Jaw stability is not just about the jaw joint.

The jaw relies on support from the tongue, lips, and surrounding facial muscles to function properly during breathing, chewing, swallowing, and speaking.

When these muscles are not working together, the body often compensates. This can show up as jaw shifting, clenching or grinding, or difficulty maintaining a relaxed closed-mouth posture.

Myofunctional therapy focuses on retraining these muscles to help support more balanced and stable oral function.

If you notice these signs in yourself or your child, it may be worth exploring a functional evaluation.

👀 Take a look! Is your child’s mouth open while resting or playing?
Mouth breathing is more common than you think — and it can affect sleep, growth, and oral health.

Mouth breathing, restless sleep, constipation, and bedwetting are often treated as separate concerns. But the body doesn’t work in isolated parts.

This parent-only workshop will help you understand the why behind these symptoms and how breathing, sleep, digestion, and regulation are connected.
