After yoga more activities at the EC!!

Join us at this Saturday at 10 am for Coffee & Conversation with our Artist in Residence ! If you missed her incredible Artist Talk at the Opening Reception, no worries! Come with questions, stories, a sketchbook, anything! Bring your own coffee, or buy a delicious coldbrew to get that caffeine kick.

A new art gallery is doing more than just filling building space on what was an empty corner in Arlington Heights. So grateful for another month moving with this amazing community 🙌🏻

What a great month! Besides our usual runs and RMDY yoga sessions, the summer kids club program concluded, and Friday Night Flights met up at Wolfden Brewing. 😃

When .in.the.nw visits .search.for.sanity we go through the list of necessary activities and proud to say RMDY yoga (in matching tanks of course 😉) is one of these things! ✔️ Gorgeous practice at the breezy pond pavilion the today ❤️

What a month!! Congrats on so many levels!!

Wow - what a July! There were so many great opportunities to connect with our community. from FNF events, the Gummerson meet for our Kids Club, to RMDY's headstand workshop, and more! THANK YOU for a great month!

My heart is full, first ever headstand workshop in the books ❤️ we work these skills every class, but to focus on the specifics of this pose in one 75 minute rocket class was a totally new experience! Progress all around and new skills learned! Not pictured, amazing chair massages by Gisselle and the whole room with our mats all lined up with space to fall and use walls as support our legs 🤣 Thanks to for letting me completely rearrange everything so we could accommodate this fantastic morning!
