Let’s play match the glasses to the therapist.

1. Black and white….psychoanalysis. Where are the shades of grey? 🤔🤔🤔

2. Red….play therapy. Bold and colorful. 🧸🪁🪀

3. White….therapy with adolescents. Fun, quirky…giving off the “I’m trying to be relatable” vibe.

4. Teal….art therapy. Off-beat and creative. 💙🎨🫟

5. Purple….trauma therapist. EMDR or Brainspotting anyone? Getting to the deeper layers of the brain and body. 💜🩹🧠

6. Grey and red/orange….two things can exist at once. Emotional regulation skills, anyone? 🤝🧰📝

(Yes. These are my glasses. Yes. I often match my glasses to my outfits. No. These are not all of them. 😆)
