When anxiety shows up, many of us try to think our way out of it.

We replay conversations, plan for every possible outcome, or pressure ourselves to have everything figured out.

But healing doesn't always begin with more thinking.

Sometimes it begins with a pause.

A breath.

A moment of choosing yourself.

Our newest guided imagery meditation, I Choose Me, is designed to help you slow down, set down some of the weight you've been carrying, and reconnect with your own needs, values, and inner peace.

Take a few minutes for yourself today.

Authenticity is not something that needs to be earned.

For many people, the journey toward self-acceptance is not a straight line. It can involve questioning, exploring, unlearning, grieving, growing, and discovering what it means to live authentically.

This Pride Month, we celebrate the courage it takes to show up as yourself in a world that doesn't always make that easy.

Everyone deserves spaces where they are welcomed, respected, valued, and free to be who they are.

You do not have to earn the right to be yourself.

You already have it. 🌈

Many people imagine therapy as a place to vent.

A place to talk about what happened, revisit difficult experiences, and process emotions.

While that can be part of the journey, meaningful therapy often goes beyond telling the story.

It's a space to explore patterns, understand emotions, make connections, and examine the beliefs that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us.

It's where questions like:

• What keeps showing up in my life?
• Why do I react this way?
• What do I need?
• Who do I want to become?

can lead to deeper understanding and lasting change.

Healing doesn't always begin with finding answers.

Sometimes it begins with curiosity.

Sometimes it begins with connection.

And often, it begins with understanding yourself in a new way.

Take a look at your calendar.

Not just what's on it—but what keeps getting moved, postponed, or canceled.

For many people, burnout doesn't happen because they aren't managing their responsibilities. It happens because the things that help them recover slowly disappear from the schedule.

The coffee with a friend.
The workout.
The therapy appointment.
The quiet hour alone.
The day off.

We tell ourselves we'll get to it when things calm down.

But sometimes things never really calm down.

If recovery always comes last, eventually there won't be much left to give.

What keeps getting rescheduled on your calendar?

As part of Mental Health Month and this year’s theme from Mental Health America — “More Good Days, Together” — we’ve been asking members of our community one simple question:

What makes it a good day for you?

Today, Jamie “The Scholar” Schultz from Jamie The Scholar Private Tutoring, LLC shares her answer.

Sometimes it’s the small, everyday things that help us feel more connected, grounded, and ourselves.

What makes it a good day for you?

What if graduation isn’t just a milestone for students, but a reminder for all of us?

New graduates show us what it looks like to keep moving forward despite uncertainty, self-doubt, pressure, and change. They remind us that growth is rarely linear and that resilience is often built quietly—in late nights, difficult moments, small choices, and continuing even when things feel hard.

Today’s affirmation says: “Today, I celebrate not just what I achieved, but the strength, resilience, and growth it took to get here.”

That reflection is not only for graduates. It is something many of us need to hear. Sometimes we become so focused on the next responsibility, goal, or challenge that we forget to acknowledge how much we have already survived, learned, and become along the way.

Graduates remind us to pause and honor progress—not just perfection. To recognize that becoming who we are is a process. And to remember that every new chapter begins with the willingness to keep showing up for ourselves, even before we feel fully ready.
