With two full moons this month, May is a powerful month of now putting those seeds you've been planting into action. If you build it, they will come.

We have been springing into the season offering chair massage in various places!

Thank you for having us at the Autism Awareness Hero 5K in downtown Schenectady. Also, thank you to the various schools whose staff deserve chair massages that we will be seeing throughout this morth!

This weekend will be a beautiful one for outdoor gatherings. Catch Complementary Angles Massage outside for some chair massage!

Graziella will be offering massage this Saturday at the Day Of Fun For Everyone at the Old Saratoga Mercantile & Farm.

This Saturday Abby will be at the Local 7 Health Center Grand Opening at 711 Troy Schenectady Road in Latham.

Both events are family-friendly open and to the public.

Graziella has become certified in offering Craniosacral Therapy as a new modality to the office! Book a session today!

We celebrated Valentine's Day recently, providing chair massage for students and staff of Skidmore College for their annual Lovefest! ❤️

We always enjoy this event's focus on an expansive view of love.

It's great to celebrate romantic partners, but also love for friends, love for animals, love for nature, love for career, love for life, and importantly - love for self; begging the important question:
How do you show yourself love?

In this cold season with snow all around, if's interesting to reflect on how no two snowflakes are alike. Snowflakes all share the same basic structure and the same origin, yet each one forms differently based on its journey.

We can't help but think about our clients, our fellow humans when we think about this.
We all share the same basic anatomical structure and the same origin, yet we all form differently based on our journeys.

We find it an immense honor to know and work with each one of you and to be part of your journey. We hope you can remember this grey time of year, there is only ONE you and remember to show yourself some love.
