We offer a living alternative for those unable to care for themselves, and an array of nursing and rehabilitation services for short- and long-term stays. Our staff is committed to providing exceptional care for your family. From the admission of the first resident seeking help many years ago today, our philosophy has always been and remains that living and rehabilitation must include caring for the mind, body and soul. Our residents enjoyed a special pet therapy visit today from Shelby with Bristol Hospice, who brought along some adorable kittens to brighten everyone's day! From sweet cuddles to happy smiles, these little visitors brought so much warmth and joy to our community.

💦⚾ Avir at Schertz brought a refreshing twist to staying active with a fun game of water balloon baseball!

Our residents enjoyed spending time outdoors, staying engaged, and cooling off while sharing plenty of laughter and friendly competition. A special thank you to our Executive Director, Chandler, and our Social Worker, Miss Kim, for joining in and making the activity even more memorable.

💛 Strengthening Our Nursing Leadership at Avir Health Group!

Yesterday, our Region 9 Directors of Nursing and Assistant Directors of Nursing came together for our annual nursing leadership training. Regional Nurse Consultant Blake Robinson, with the support of Kathleen Roof, VP of Clinical Operations Nursing, did an incredible job providing valuable training and guidance to our nursing leaders.
