What Recharges Your Confidence?
Yesterday was an outstanding day. The workouts were on fire! Everyone who showed up was putting in the work, challenging themselves, and moving forward.
Later, while homeschooling my kids, I saw something familiar.
We worked through some challenging lessons with high expectations and plenty of support. When something finally clicked, their whole energy changed. You could see the excitement: I figured it out. I can do this.
I see that same feeling after a workout. You accomplish something that took effort, and you leave with a little more belief in yourself.
That matters when you’re creating a healthy lifestyle.
Exercise, nutrition, water, and sleep are foundational pieces. But how you build those into your life is personal. Your routines, responsibilities, habits, and challenges all need attention.
Setting a goal and picturing the future can be exciting. Then comes the daily work: planning meals, showing up, adjusting old habits, and learning what works for you.
Some days you feel ready. Other days, self-doubt creeps in, and familiar habits feel easier.
What helps you recharge your confidence and keep going?
For me, it’s quiet time in the morning before anyone else is up. Thinking, writing, meditating, and creating. That time feels like plugging my battery back in. I reconnect with my purpose and get excited about what I’m building.
Your recharge might look different. A walk outside. A conversation with someone who supports you. Learning something new. Taking a moment to recognize how far you’ve come.
Pay attention to what leaves you feeling capable, connected, and ready to take your next step.
Be patient with yourself as you learn. Give yourself credit for following through. A completed workout, a planned meal, or an earlier bedtime can become another piece of evidence that you’re capable of change.
Elevating yourself starts with understanding yourself.
What recharges your battery—and how can you make room for it this week?
