An END ALZ Team Benefit
Many of us know firsthand that music has a way of unlocking memories — bringing us back to a person, a place, a moment, or a feeling we thought we had forgotten.
According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, listening to and playing music provides a powerful workout for the brain, engaging networks involved in emotion, movement, and memory while supporting cognitive health.
So what better way to come together for Alzheimer’s awareness than through music, movement, and community? 🎶🥁💚
Please join us for Rosewood Rocks to Remember, a special 1-hour ‘POUND with Kristine’ HIIT class, benefiting Rosewood’s END ALZ Walk Team.
