Slow down. Soften. Find your calm.

September can bring a natural shift back into routines, schedules, and full calendars. This month, I’m inviting you to make space for yourself to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect.

Whether you join me for a restorative yoga experience, gentle group classes or a private practice designed around you, the intention is the same: less rushing, more presence.

In between clients, taking a little time to slow down and work on a restorative yoga class sequencing. Feeling very lucky to do what I love in beautiful places. 🤍 - Friday 9/25 - 6:00-7:30pm. - 90 minute restorative yoga + sound healing - 🔗 in bio yoga

Slow, natural, peaceful days begin with intention.

A quiet path.
A space to move and breathe.
A community to share in.
And time set aside just for you.

Whether you’re joining a class or receiving one-on-one support through massage or private yoga, this is your place to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in your body.

Let it be easy 🤍

Like fresh sheets in the breeze…
you don’t have to hold on so tightly.

Softening is enough.
Slowing down is enough.

This is your reminder to exhale.

Never apologize for falling asleep… or even snoring 🤍

I take it as a quiet win.

It means your body felt safe enough to let go.
Safe enough to soften.
Safe enough to rest.

That’s your nervous system shifting out of “always on” and beginning to reset.

This work isn’t just about relaxation…
it’s about giving your body a space where it doesn’t have to hold everything together.

If you’ve been carrying a lot lately, this is your invitation to exhale.

Appointments available Tuesday–Saturday

The strongest shifts are often the quietest.

Wellness isn’t always a doing.

Sometimes it’s a soft return to yourself.

International Yoga Day feels like a good moment to reflect on what yoga has actually given me, because it’s been so much more than a physical practice.

Yoga has taught me how to be more present, not just on the mat, but in my everyday life. I notice myself more clearly now, not only what my body is doing, but what my mind is doing. And with that awareness comes something really powerful: the ability to calm and refocus myself when I need it most.

Physically, I feel stronger. The aches I used to carry around with me have softened. My body feels more mobile, more supported, and that matters more and more as I age and think about long-term wellbeing.

What makes this even more meaningful is where I started.

I used to say I hated yoga. The fast-paced vinyasa styles I first tried didn’t feel accessible to me at the time, and I assumed yoga just wasn’t for me. What I actually needed was something slower, more gentle, more supportive, something that met me where I was.

Now I teach yoga, and I genuinely love it!! I can’t go a day without some form of practice.

It’s a reminder that the right version of a practice can change everything.

Thank you to Vicki Path Yoga Therapy for introducing me to the practice I needed, mentoring me on my teaching journey and allowing me to share this practice with our community.
