If you choose to not have a birth doula you can still get postpartum support! You can get up to 6 post partum visits in the first 12 months!

💛 Did you know? You may qualify for up to SIX FREE postpartum doula visits through OHP! 💛

You do NOT have to have had a doula at your birth to receive postpartum support. These visits can be used anytime during your baby's first 12 months!

✨ So, what can a postpartum doula do? ✨
Every doula offers different types of support, but when you work with me, I am happy to provide:
🥘 Meal prep and cooking
🧹 Housekeeping and tidying up
😴 Caring for your baby while you rest or nap
🍼 Infant feeding and newborn support
💬 Emotional support and a listening ear
❤️ Help adjusting to life with a new baby
🤱 Encouragement, reassurance, and nonjudgmental care

The postpartum period can be joyful, overwhelming, exhausting, beautiful, and everything in between. You deserve support during this season, and you do not have to do it alone.

If you have Oregon Health Plan, you may qualify for a free doula through the Community Doula Program — and you can request me as your doula! Serving Linn, Benton, Lincoln, Lane, Marion, and Polk Counties.

Doula support can include emotional support, education, advocacy, birth planning, labor support, and postpartum care. Every family deserves support during this season of life. ✨

I have an absolutely wonderful doula client who could really use some extra support right now. Their baby is arriving a few weeks earlier than expected, and they weren’t quite prepared for this sudden change. They are currently in need of both financial assistance and help with food.
