💪 We had our first Rehab Reunion at Life Care Center of the South Shore, and it was fantastic! A luau theme really helped bring the celebratory spirit. 🌺

The former patients who attended were so gracious and loved spending time with some of the staff who helped them reach home. Our staff was beyond happy to see how amazing these therapy graduates are now doing back at home. 💗

🐚 We had a guess-the-sea-shells-in-the-jar game, and one of our STR residents won a gift basket made by Violane and Lia. Lia, thank you so much for the wonderful band and for blessing us with your beautiful voice. 🎵 Sam and Luke, a huge applaud for the delicious Hawaiian chicken, rice and sweet potatoes. 😋 All in all, we had a grand time and look forward to next year!

😄 The Chip Dip Contest is always a fan favorite at the South Shore, and this year's winner was Donna Conners! Congratulations, Donna — all 11 guesses were correct! 🏆

🌊✨ Rebecca, Occupational Therapist, and her student Ava took a group of residents to the lighthouse in Scituate, and they had the best time!

The group had fun collecting seashells and wood and just enjoying the beautiful weather! ☀️🐚

😂 Behind every great team is a little bit of complaining, and a lot of laughter... so we at Life Care Center of the South Shore had a contest where we placed a sticker on someone every time they complained, and BOY did we have fun! There was a lot of laughter going on as our associates placed stickers on all the "complainers" - LOL! 😛

Our Fun Committee always has unique ideas!

What a wonderful turnout for the Rotary Club of Scituate, MA annual Pancake Breakfast! 🥞 Life Care Center of the South Shore was proud to donate all the pancake fixings for this fun-filled family event.

Thank you to the Scituate Rotary Club for being an incredible community partner. We look forward to this special tradition every August! Until next year!

Bowling here is always competitive, because so many residents are amazing at it! 🎳 The dining room was full and bustling with excitement! 🎉🫶

Iced Coffee Socials at the South Shore are always a HUGE hit, because who doesn't love an afternoon iced coffee? 🧋 Thanks to the Activity department, it was hard to pick from the many flavors (from French vanilla and sugar cookie to Harry Potter Butterbeer), but it was so appreciated! 😋

After our staff had a day to make their own tie-dye shirts, we had another fun day to show them off! 🤩

A dance party with Dave Currier is always the best time! 💃🕺 The room was filled with smiles, dancing and a whole lot of the best music! 🎶

🟡🟠 Bocce at the Scituate Council on Aging begins with the Scituate Superstars and the Life Care Legends!

🏆 This time, Life Care won the game! Violane and Kaden came through for the Life Care Legends. Thank you to the bocce gang. We love our community friends.
