O2X Human Performance provides science-backed, comprehensive training and education for tactical athletes so they can finish their careers as strong as they started. Our EAT SWEAT THRIVE methodology is designed to meet the unique needs of the tactical athlete population. Since 2019, MSA – The Safety Company & O2X have partnered on an annual workshop giveaway, giving fire departments the chance to receive a fully sponsored O2X EAT SWEAT THRIVE workshop.

Departments across the country apply during a selection period, a panel of fire service leaders select the winner, and O2X travels to deliver a full day of training and education focused on performance optimization - so firefighters can get 1% better every day and finish their careers as strong as they started.

In this time, the following departments have received free training & education sponsored by MSA:

PGI provides expeditionary mission support in high-threat environments worldwide and has earned Inc.
