We celebrate the wonderful life of Robert Alan Martin - Bobby dedicated much of his life to protecting and serving others in law enforcement and security. Over the years, he served as a police officer at the Mon View Heights housing projects, a correctional officer at Lancaster County Prison, and ultimately as a safety systems supervisor at UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital in Oakland, PA.
