Healthy Nation was everything I prayed it would beβ€”and more.πŸ’–πŸ’–

We moved our bodies.
We worked out.
We worshiped. πŸ™πŸΌ
We poured into our health with IVs and wellness.
We laughed.
We loved on one another.
We showed up for ourselvesβ€”and for each other.

But the most powerful part wasn’t any one thing we did.

It was the connection. The community. The women.The open hearts πŸ’–

There is something so special that happens when women come together with the intention of becoming healthier, stronger, more grounded, and closer to God.

We weren’t created to do life alone.
