For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people create meaningful, lasting change. One of my greatest passions is helping therapists care for themselves with the same dedication they give to everyone else.

Therapists deserve a space where they don’t have to be “the therapist.” My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and results-oriented. I combine depth with practical strategies that create real movement. The therapists I’ve worked with consistently tell me they’re grateful they finally made time for themselves.

Every person is different, so I tailor treatment using a variety of approaches, including IFS, CBT, somatic therapy, insight-oriented therapy, strategic interventions, family systems, solution-focused therapy, coaching strategies, mindfulness, a whole-person approach, and more.
