If you are like us you know mornings can be stressful and rushed. We don't all have time to cook a yummy nutritious meal AND be to work on time.

Here is a family-friendly recipe that is easily made, can be put in the fridge, and grabbed whenever needed!

Bonus that they are healthy AND give you that energy to get you through your work day!

Recipe for No Bake Energy Bites:
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup toasted coconut
- 1/2 cup creamy peanutbutter
-1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 TBS chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

* add different nuts/seeds for even more flavor & protein packed!

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Chill in fridge for 1-2 hours
3. Make into balls (or bars!)
4. Enjoy!!

Good for 1 week in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer!

We are going to be starting something new! Once a week we will share a recipe, workout, or health hack that's good for hormone balancing or just plain good!

Easy to toss in when cooking or switch out from the oils you are using currently. Simple steps help live a happier, fuller, healthier life!

Try to use natural, unrefined cold-pressed oils. They should belong to the group of oils that contain the essential amount of fatty acids like found in omega 3.

Examples would be:
- olive oil
- walnut oil
- avocado oil
- borage oil
- star flower oil

Other useful information:

* Don't use trans-fats
