Recovery doesn’t have to begin after a procedure.

Prehabilitation—or “prehab”—is a proactive approach that helps prepare the body before treatment or surgery. By improving strength, mobility and movement patterns in advance, patients may be better equipped to manage the physical demands of recovery and return to function more effectively.

A prehab plan may focus on:

• Strengthening the muscles that support the treatment area
• Improving joint mobility and range of motion
• Addressing movement patterns that contribute to pain or instability
• Establishing a stronger functional baseline before treatment

Prehab is not about pushing through pain. It is about preparing the body intentionally, based on the patient’s condition, procedure and individual goals.

At Southwest Spine & Sports, we believe recovery begins with a plan.

Pelvic floor strength is functional strength.

The pelvic floor plays an important role in bladder control, core support and everyday movement. When these muscles become weakened, activities like exercising, lifting, coughing or laughing may lead to leakage and a loss of confidence.

EMSELLA® is a noninvasive treatment designed to stimulate deep pelvic floor muscle contractions while you remain seated and fully clothed. For appropriate candidates, it can help strengthen and re-educate the muscles responsible for pelvic control.

Pelvic floor concerns can affect people of different ages, genders and activity levels—and they deserve to be addressed without embarrassment.

Schedule a consultation with Southwest Spine & Sports to learn whether EMSELLA® may be right for you.

Knee pain isn’t a diagnosis—and the same treatment isn’t right for every injury.

Tendinitis, tendinopathy, ligament strains, meniscal injuries, and partial ACL or PCL tears can each affect the knee differently.

At Southwest Spine & Sports, Dr. Wolff evaluates your symptoms, examination, imaging, movement, and functional goals to identify the source of the problem. For appropriately selected patients, regenerative medicine may be considered as part of a physician-guided treatment plan designed to support healing and function.

When appropriate, ultrasound guidance may also be used to precisely target the injured structure.

Because helping your knee starts with understanding exactly what’s injured—and what you need it to do.

Yes, this is exactly how excited we get!!

Hearing that a patient has experienced meaningful relief from chronic back pain—and is able to move through life with greater comfort—is the kind of feedback that makes our entire team want to celebrate.

For appropriate patients, the Discseel® Procedure offers a minimally invasive approach designed to seal annular tears and support the disc’s natural healing process without removing the disc or fusing the spine.

Every patient’s condition and outcome are different, but helping people move toward a better quality of life will always be worth celebrating.

The treatment is only one part of the equation.

Regenerative medicine begins with understanding what is injured, why symptoms persist and whether a biologic treatment is appropriate for the tissue involved. Tissue health, the extent of the injury, overall function and individual goals all help guide the treatment plan.

At Southwest Spine & Sports, regenerative care is never one-size-fits-all. We evaluate the full picture before recommending treatments intended to support the body’s natural healing response.

Because the right treatment begins with the right diagnosis.

Schedule a consultation to learn whether regenerative medicine may be an option for you.
