β³ποΈ It's overseeding season in Scottsdale β and it's not just the greens that need a little extra care.
Every fall, local courses overseed with ryegrass to keep things lush through winter. Great for the fairways, but the process (mowing, verticutting, seeding) kicks up a lot of dust β and that can take a toll on your eyes if you're not prepared:
πΉ Airborne dust and turf debris can cause redness, grittiness, and irritation β especially if you already deal with dry eye
πΉ Ryegrass pollen is a known allergen that can trigger itchy, watery, red eyes on top of the usual sneezing and congestion
πΉ Contact lens wearers are at extra risk, since lenses can trap dust and pollen right against the eye
