If you need any help with your calling we have some help for you. Sometimes when you are called to a position, you are clueless as to what you’re supposed to do this link will take you to a great page that will give you support and maybe even some ideas of how to inspire people so that you can complete the wish of the first presidency to help members get to the temple within 60 days of baptism or reactivation with their own names.
It’s important to remember that when a person is baptized and they come into the ward, they’ve given up a whole lifestyle, a whole group of friends, sometimes even family. That’s why friendship is so important. The problem is the ward is a unique clutch of people and sometimes it’s difficult to reach out and welcome someone because we are so comfortable in our own little circles….into what you might call a “clique”.
I’m not saying that The Church is like high school with “mean girls” all over again, but I am saying that people get familiar with their own little groups and it’s hard to break in when you’re new.
Please keep that in mind and assign a consultant to work with someone and become their friend, let them be the first friend, get the names for them, help build an ancestor tree in their own partner access website, and then they can transfer it over very easily ———- and start going to the to do baptisms right after they join the church we need to see membership grow we need to see that the fact that the gospel is extended to all and we need to tenderly care for those new sprouts in our garden.

On our naswfamilyhistory.blogspot.com you will find two links. If you have any trouble at all you can also email us at [email protected] for a copy. For some reason my one drive is being stingy with Sharing.
One link is a ward annual family history planner that helps the bishop know how many Family History lessons or activities are taking place during the year. This helps him when he’s reporting to the area of presidency. It works with any auxiliary in the Ward. The other form helps the Temple and Family History leader. Keep a pulse on his. Ward encourages him to interact with a mission leader so that he knows what baptisms are coming up and who he can assign a consultant to work with the Missionaries and the new person. I I would like to hear about some of your examples and problems in your words. Perhaps I can help Karen S. Meyer.

You are the Temple and Family History Leader in your Ward. You think you are encouraging the Consultants to call patrons and arrange a meeting to assess their tree for Temple Opportunities. Your consultants have subliminally interpreted the word “Consultants” meaning (world) “This person knows...
