I am a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector And owner of Institute of Aesthetics, Beauty & Wellness. I also train for Allergan, Galderma, and privately.

I am a Registered Nurse with extensive experience working with clients in an outpatient setting. I began my medical career as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with training at Vanderbilt University and continued my education in Nursing at Grand Canyon University. I hold two Bachelor’s degrees-one in Nuclear Medicine and one in Nursing. I am a skilled Allergan Diamond injector and Fraxel®

Laser Technician. I am devoted to giving you the skin care results you desire. Upon meeting, you will immediately notice that I am caring, detail-oriented, reliable and mature.

Excited and incredibly honored to be speaking at in Las Vegas this September!

Being invited to speak alongside some of the world’s leading facial plastic surgeons is a privilege I don’t take lightly. As an aesthetic nurse injector, I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my perspective on how collaborative, evidence-based aesthetic care can optimize surgical outcomes.

Twenty-one. 🥂

Celebrating our Laine at tea at The Hermitage Hotel felt like the most perfect full-circle moment, because from the time she was a little girl, tea parties were always her favorite.🌟

Being a young mom has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. In so many ways, I grew up right alongside my girls. They have taught me more about love, grace, patience, ambition, and myself than I ever could have learned on my own.

Laine, watching you become the woman you are today has been one of my life’s greatest joys. You are brilliant, thoughtful, driven, tender-hearted, and wise beyond your years. This next season feels so exciting — twenty-one, your senior year, med school applications and acceptances ahead, and the beginning of so many dreams you have worked so hard for. 💫

I am so proud of you, so grateful for you, and so honored that I get to be your mom.

I feel myself entering a new era of life.💫

One that feels softer, quieter, stronger, and much more honest.

For so much of my life, I was the yes girl.
The one who could handle it.
The one who would figure it out.
The one who didn’t want to disappoint anyone.

But somewhere along the way, I realized that constantly pleasing others often meant slowly abandoning myself.

So I started choosing differently.

I started waking up before the world was loud — meditating at 5am, moving my body daily, and creating space to hear myself again.

I surrounded myself with women who nourish, support, and inspire me.
I bought a cabin in the woods because my soul needed quiet.
I stopped chasing validation and started choosing peace.
I began honoring my health, regulating my hormones, protecting my energy, and putting my family first.

This season of life feels less about proving and more about becoming.

Becoming more grounded.
More present.
More honest.
More free.

What’s next for me?

Growing our team.
Traveling the world.
Building a hobby farm.
Creating more space for nature, family, leadership, and truth.

And maybe most importantly — speaking honestly, living intentionally, and continuing to choose the woman I worked so hard to come back to.

Here’s to the era of choosing yourself.

Such a great weekend hosting my friend Emily Schultz, RN, for an Allergan Medical Institute training.🌟

Emily and I met over a decade ago, and throughout the years we have grown, learned, and supported each other in aesthetics. She owns a beautiful practice in Canada, where they have access to many products and techniques that are not yet approved here in the U.S., which always makes our conversations so valuable.

One of the things I love most about this industry is that we are always evolving, always learning, and always finding ways to elevate patient care.

Grateful for friendship, collaboration, and continued education in aesthetics. 🤍
