--Fiber (fruits/veggies)- for satiety and gut health.

There is beauty all around us, yet we miss so much of it because we get lost in the digital world. So, for one day this month, challenge yourself to go phone-free.
Fun idea:
--get your family or friends to do this with you.
--set a day and come together to chat, play games, have a picnic, etc.
--everyone puts their phones on silent and get immersed in the present moment.

A good night's sleep starts in the morning! Aim to get at least 20 minutes of morning light before checking your phone or turning on TVs and computers. This is also the time to check your vitamin D. Check your levels and adjust accordingly with sunshine and supplementation.
